A simple encryption scheme for text
messages, in which each letter of the alphabet is rotated with the one 13
places behind or ahead of it. The sentence "My hovercraft is full of eels"
becomes "ZI
ubirepensg vf shyy bs rryf" when thus encoded. Some usenet readers
