An e-commerce mantra first attributed to Jeff
Bezos, ceo of amazon.com, and the title of a book of the same
name. Bezos is said to have distributed T-shirts with this slogan at the
first company picnic in 1996, and his idea that the scale of his business
would be a critical part of its success has been adopted by many other
internet start-ups. Some have suggested that a version more appropriate in
today's climate might be "Get Bought Fast". |
