The Contests/competitions are open to Legal Residents of India, 18 years or above in age.

Name of the Winners will be announced in the site at the appropriate place and the prizes will be sent to the winners within North Bengal & Sikkim, at the address given at the time of Registration. Winners residing outside North Bengal & Sikkim will have to collect the prizes from our office in Siliguri or it can be sent at the winner’s cost for postage. For any unavoidable reason, prizes may have to be collected by all winners from our office on production of proof of identity like address, e-mail and/or password  submitted by you at the time of Registration.

Employees, Officers and Directors of siliguriinfoline.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and any of their family members are not eligible to participate in the contests/competitions.

Taxes, Levies, Surcharge etc., if any, will be paid in advance by the participants, according to Law.

Any disputes raised in respect of eligibility of participation, winners of contests/competitions, or any other dispute whatsoever arising out of this contests/competitions or any dispute arising out of or connected with the contests/competitions or interpretation of the rules thereof will be entirely and exclusively decided by siliguriinfoline.com or such person or persons nominated by them and such decision shall be final and not open to challenge in any court of law or otherwise.

You must be a Registered User of siliguriinfoline.com to validate your entry. Registration is free and it takes a few minutes to register. You have to Register so that we can send your prizes at your given address when you win. You have to register once and then you may avail all the services as well as participate in all contests/competitions with the help of e-mail id and password submitted by you at the time of Registration.

The cut-off time and period of submission of entries in different contests/competitions will be mentioned against each contests/competitions.

If the number of correct entries for a particular contests/competitions exceeds the number of offered prizes, the winners will be chosen out of a draw.
